Ball Booking is Now Open!
Now, as the Presidential Charity Lunch is over, and the Ladies reflect on a great event, thoughts move on to the “Forget-me-not Ball”. With this is in mind! Carol and her Ball Committee are happy to announce that the online booking form is now LIVE.
Pre-Booking has gone well, with tickets selling fast.
The charity ball is to help Carol raise money for her chosen charity Alzheimer’s Society.

What to expect on the Night
- The evening will kick off with welcome drinks at 18:45
- A three course meal will be served during the evening (dietary requirements will be catered for)
- There will be a live band and a disco – giving ample opportunity for you to show off your legendary dance moves
- Of course there will be a bar – we all need to keep hydrated!
- Carriages will be at 12:30
The Hotel
The spectacular Coppid Beech Hotel, an independently run hotel, has 2 stylish bars – one on the ground floor (for a pre-ball apéritif or two) and one in the ball room, leisure facilities and elegant bedrooms. The spacious 4-star bedrooms have satellite TV and air conditioning. All rooms have a seating area, and many feature a balcony.
The Coppid Beech Hotel is just 2 miles from Bracknell centre. Just off the M4 motorway, and only a short taxi ride from Wokingham or Bracknell railway stations. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, and ample free parking.
The Ball Committee have arrange an over-night rate for those that want to make a weekend of it and stay the night.
