- (A) Duck & Orange Pate, Melba Toast, Cumberland sauce, mixed leaves, balsamic dressing (GF option available on request)
- (B) Thai spiced fish cake, pak choi and beansprout salad, served with a spicy soy, ginger and chilli reduction
- (C) Vegetarian option: Shortcrust baked goat’s cheese tart, red onion marmalade, mixed leaves, vinaigrette
- Mains (all served with seasonal vegetables)
- (D) Roasted chicken breast, crushed potatoes, mushroom & brandy sauce (GF option available on request)
- (E) Pan-fried salmon fillet, sauteed spinach, crushed potatoes, creamy dill & white wine sauce (GF option available on request)
